These steps clear the cache for this browser only. Each browser on your phone keeps its own separate cache.

1. Tap the Vivaldi logo in the bottom bar.

   

2. Tap Settings, then Privacy and security.

3. Tap Delete browsing data and set the time range to All time.

4. Tick Cached images and files, then tap Delete data.
