Google Chrome 151 and later
Instructions for iOS · updated 12 Aug 2026
Apple requires every iOS browser to use its WebKit engine, so Chrome on iPhone and iPad is not the same program as Chrome on your computer. Its cache is separate from Safari’s, and these steps affect Chrome only.
- Tap the three-dot menu (⋯) in the bottom-right corner.
- Tap Delete Browsing Data.
- Set Time Range to All Time.
- Select Cached Images and Files, then tap Delete Browsing Data and confirm.
